This particular system did not really need them to gain the necessary output and it was decided by the client not to use them. 

Flexera designers avoided using micro-inverters on this system by simply performing a digital scan of annual shading to isolate areas in question of shade.   The Flexera installers then placed panels far out of range of any shade areas eliminating the need for the additional cost.
