Flexera Breaks Through Gridlock to Help the Forest Reach Community Meet their energy Goals with a Revolutionary New Rate X Solar Power Installation

Forest Reach HOA wanted the power of clean renewable energy to run their pool and its equipment, fountains and ponds, and street lights. So, they placed a phone call to Flexera.
 
Flexera carefully designed a system to meet their needs. The Rate X system was installed by Flexera in two phases. After the first phase was finished, Flexera experienced some road blocks from the utility company regarding selling power back to the grid to offset the power bills for non-metered streetlights in the community. 
 
Flexera worked diligently and patiently, which resulted in a satisfactory agreement with all parties involved and a revolutionary Rate X system was completed to sell energy directly back to the grid.
 
The final array boasts 72 panels generating 15,120 DC Watts. The SMA Sunnyboy inverters convert the DC power into AC power.
 
Their energy savings is estimated at 1,753 KWH per month or 21,036 KWH per year. The home owners are happy to see their money invested into long-term savings.
