Nonprofit Housing Corporation in Dover Goes Solar!
Flexera helps NCALL go green with the installation of 66 solar photovoltaic panels on the south-facing roof on their Dover office.
The system is providing NCALL with a hardy average of 1,750 kilowatt hours per month to reduce their dependency on fossil fuel. In addition to their savings, NCALL and Flexera share a common goal in promoting this state of the art technology to NCALL's multi-family housing developments and first-time home buyers that they assist.
With this in mind, NCALL opted to integrate the SMA Sunny Portal, which provides real time diagnostics and data on system performance and savings. NCALL has a large monitor in their lobby to view the Sunny Portal data as part of their renewable energy awareness programming.
