Robert Light
As the Chief Executive Officer for Flexera, Bob has 29 years experience in industrial, manufacturing and mechanical engineering. These have also become the hallmark for his career success in assisting major industry leaders in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and manufacturing/production arenas to achieve their operational objectives. He has successfully launched and managed several companies operating in both engineering and manufacturing related industries and provides the strong mechanical expertise required for energy system design and installations. Bob received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Brian Lisiewski
As the President of Flexera, Brian has over 19 years of product design and manufacturing experience. Brian is a dynamic professional with leadership and hands on experience in developing, gaining FDA approval for, and launching innovative and technologically integrated products. His scientific knowledge, creativity, and vision to the future has resulted in product inventions with real world applications that have shaped the face of technology and business. This is supported by strong business management, sales, marketing, and corporate fiscal responsibility. Brian received a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Alice Lisiewski
A degreed electrical engineer from Widner University, Alice is Flexera's Chief Operating Officer. Joining the company in 2006, Alice's oversight includes fiscal responsibilities and project management.

Lynne Maloy
Lynne joins the company after 30 years in the government and non-profit sectors. Her expertise lies in the fields of organizing, marketing and grant writing. Lynne brings a fresh and innovative approach to the Flexera team.

Dina Sirabella
Before joining the Flexera team as sales manager, Dina was in direct marketing for over 20 years. Tracking all sales leads, and overseeing the sales staff, Dina is responsible for maintaining communication with clients, customers, vendors and staff.

Pat Mitchell
Pat is our part time book keeper. She is an expert in accounting systems and she is responsible for keeping track of all of our expenditures.

Teresa Laskoski
A retired government worker, and relocated urbanite, Teresa is the voice on the phone, and the organizer of Flexera's State government rebates.

Alan Machin
As the director of engineering, Alan is responsible for all engineering aspects of the systems that are installed by Flexera. Alan's background is impressive and diverse. He has worked at Ford, Lockheed and has his own engineering firm.

Ben Farr
Armed with his MBA, Ben has over ten years of management experience as an entrepreneur. Since joining the staff of Flexera in 2007, Ben has become the director of sales as a result of his strong communication skills, and his knowledge of alternative energy options.

Kate Leary
Kate brings a strong background in real estate and finance to the team. Her enthusiasm for alternative energy motivated her to join the sales staff of Flexera in 2008. As a ten year resident of Delmarva, she is happy to bring wind and solar power to the local communities.

John Donato
John is a 1991 Design School Graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park and comes to the Flexera Sales Team from Carl M. Freeman Companies based in Olney, Maryland. John has nearly two decades of professional marketing and customer service experience in construction, community development and information technology. He is an avid environmentalist with a great passion for alternative energy technology and best practices.

Finnian McCabe
Finn began working at Flexera in 2008, starting as an installer of solar panelsand wind turbine systems. He recently moved into sales so that he can work more closely with the general public.

Arnie Stein
After graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Busines Management, Arnie held successful Regional and Zone sales management positions with major corporations including Sears, Roebuck and Co. Community minded, Arnie was the former Chair of the United Way, a member of numerous Chamber of Commerce organizations and President of several retail mall associations.

Bob Woolworth
Bob is in charge of all electrical components for the installation of solar panels. He holds a master electricians license and prior to joining the company had his own electrical business and was an electrical inspector for 25 years. He has been interested in solar for many years and is excited to see it has finally become a reality.

Adam Candeloro
Adam owned his own contracting company before coming to Flexera. A no nonsense man, Adam is going to college while coordinating all of our installations.
